Information clause – for customers of tourist, accommodation, catering and training services with Hotel Caspar, 58-560 Jelenia Góra, Pl. Piastowski 28.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (referred to as GDPR, GDPR or the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”) hereby, in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we would like to inform you that:

3) your personal data will be processed in order to: conclude and perform the contract on the basis of: Article 6 (1) (b) of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016:

4) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions as well as entities involved in the provision of services

5) your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the goal ( which is the performance of the contract)

6) you have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), we would like to inform you that:

1) providing personal data is voluntary

5) your personal data is stored until you request it to be removed from the subscription

6) you have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it or limit processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to transfer data

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
